Little Ashton Farm is a short walk to the village where there are 3 Bistro/winebars,
and various pubs. The house is up a narrow lane. Bishop's Waltham is convenient for
Southampton, Chichester and Winchester. The Jane Austen House, many gardens and
Goodwood racecourse are in easy reach. Two bedrooms are en-suite with power
showers and baths, and the other has a bathroom nearby. WI-FI and Freeview available.
